Volunteer Spotlight: Taylor Armstrong

As a youth, Taylor Armstrong was a faithful member of North Omaha Good News Bears. She attended Club on Saturdays and tutoring on Thursdays. Taylor is a graduate of Omaha North High School. She also holds a Bachelors and a Masters Degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Taylor is many things to her family and the community. Now, as an adult, she volunteers with NOGNB. Here at NOGNB she is teacher, mentor, and van driver, among other things. Taylor is loving, kind, gentle and faithful. Anyone who knows Taylor, knows that she LOVES her family and she is very loyal. She is beloved by those who have the privilege of her presence. Any given day you can find Taylor driving people around the city. On the weekends you may see her caring for her family, volunteering at Bears Club or with her teen group called Inner Circle. Taylor has been a Kaleo (chaperone), taking youth to Kids Across America Camps since she came back to Omaha after completing her degree. She spent last summer serving at KAA and is on staff as a 'Kaleo Shepherd' this summer. Taylor is a mentor and role model to girls here at Club. We are proud to call her a North Omaha Good News Bear.

This looked like Taylor, but at second glance this is Sister ShoYaRight.
