What Do We Do With The Vision?

Write it down and make a commit your plans to the LORD. You want God's results, you've got to do it God's way.

This step is to make it real on paper. Write out your plans. Include details about how you're going to make things happen. Post it somewhere you will see it often. Read it daily to remind yourself where you are headed. Use it as a map to keep you on track to where you said you were going to go.

Commit your way to the LORD. This to say "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding" Proverbs 3.5 We see what's in front of us. We've thought about what's behind us. But we have blind spots. With all we see, know and understand, we are still nearsighted in the fact that our perspective is just that, OURS. Trust in The One whose perspective sees all, knows all and understands all. Let patience have its way in order to cut out what needs to be cut out and add what needs to be added. As believers, we are God's workmanship (Ephesians 2.10), set apart to be useful for work in the Kingdom of God.

Stick to the script. Don't take shortcuts. Don't force it to. As much as the vision has to develop, it is also going to require you to be developed in the process. Trust that what God started in you, He will be faithful to finish the work. (Philippians 1.6)

Then the Lord replied:

"Write down the revelation

and make it plain on tablets

so that a herald may run with it..." Habakuk 2.2

Commit your way to the LORD;

trust in Him and He will do it. Psalm 37.5
